Roger Stone sentencing was politicized

A former federal prosecutor who withdrew from the Roger Stone case intends to testify that the sentencing of the former Trump associate was politicized by senior officials. Former prosecutor Aaron S.J. Zelinsky, who previously worked with special counsel Robert Mueller, is expected to testify before the House judiciary committee: “What I heard — repeatedly — was that Roger Stone was being treated differently from any other defendant because of his relationship to the president.”
