In Deutschland starben bislang 9.071 mit dem Virus infizierte Menschen - das bedeutet ein Plus von 3 im Vergleich zum Vortag. 186.000 Menschen haben die Infektion überstanden. Die Reproduktionszahl, kurz R-Wert, lag bei 1,02 (Vortag: 1,06). Das bedeutet, dass ein Infizierter im Mittel etwa einen weiteren Menschen ansteckt.
